We’ve got a couple of quick pinball updates for you this morning, so let’s jump into it.

Stern Announces Elvira House of Horrors 40th Anniversary Edition

Just in time for Halloween, Stern is producing a new limited edition version of their relatively new Elvira House of Horrors. This is to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Elvira’s career kicking off. Per the press release:

To honor Elvira’s 40 years, Stern is offering a very limited 199 game special 40thAnniversary Edition Elvira House of Horrors pinball game. The collectability of these 199 games will be augmented with and exclusive Elvira autographed trading card mounted to the game. She will autograph a copy of her Yours Cruelly, Elvira; Memoirs of the Mistress of the Dark to be included with each game. The game Certificate of Authenticity for this 40thAnniversary Edition game will be validated not only by a signature by me as Stern Chairman & CEO but also by Elvira herself signing.

The game will also come with a special mirrored backglass, purple powder coat, specialized artwork, a special Elvira Dagger Shooter Knob, Stern’s Insider Connected system, and plenty more. It is also being limited to 199 units of production, so if you’re a collector, you’ll need to act fast.

American Increases Production Numbers For Legends of Valhalla DX

Speaking of limited production, American Pinball has decided to increase the availability of their Legends Of Valhalla game. This is due to unprecedented demand, so they are bumping it up from 300 to 500. This is a bit of a surprise given that there is no license involved and it’s the first mass-produced game from this designer and Riot Games. They are limiting it to 500 though, which have already been sold out. As before, standard units will only begin production once the Deluxe’s have all shipped.
